Kinetic Wolf is crackling with energy as he materializes from the air and descends upon the children on which he soon will feast. No, he doesn’t actually eat children, he just devours their dreams. Kinetic Wolf is also more of a wolf man, or even just a man with a little wolf like fur. It all depends on how you look at it I suppose.
